DIRECTIONS FROM THE SOUTH:
• Exit 32 to Route 111.
• Turn left on Route 111 and proceed north through the 5 Points intersection.
• Continue on Route 111 until you reach Main Street.
• Turn right onto Main Street
• ForeverFit is on the left side of the street.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE NORTH:
• Exit 36 to Route 1.
• Follow Route 1 south through Saco, over the Saco River into Biddeford, until you reach the intersection of Main Street and Route 1 (also Alfred Street).
• Veer right onto Main Street.
• ForeverFit is on the right side of Main Street.
