Mandy Greene

Mandy GreeneMandy has been in the Fitness Industry since 2000. She started off teaching group fitness classes at Gold's Gym, as she pursued her BA Degree in Dance from the University of New Mexico. Mandy received a one-year scholarship on behalf of the Friends of Dance and also the first annual Bill Evans Senior Exiting Award for Excellence in Dance. Mandy moved to Boston in 2004 and joined Boston-based dance company Rainbow Tribe. She also worked at Crunch Fitness/Bally Total Fitness.

Mandy has completed her full Pilates certification, Mat and Apparatus, through The PhysicalMind Institute. She is a certified Zumba instructor, an AFAA and NASM certified personal trainer, and has completed her level I & II in willPower & grace barefoot training. Mandy is a Level II Reiki Practitioner. She also is the director and choreographer for Coastal Xtreme Cheer, a competitive cheering team based at Dudziak's School of Gymnastics.

Annie Rosario

Annie RosarioAnnie graduated from Springfield College in 2001 with a B.S. in Applied Exercise Science. She began her ten year career working one-on-one with a variety of clientele, ranging from athletes, yogis, developmentally disabled, and those looking to improve their health.

Annie took her talents into the corporate arena, working for Hannaford in their Wellness Department and then moved to Waban Projects, Inc. where she headed up their fitness programming for the residents. Annie enjoyed bringing two athletes to the Maine Special Olympics. Through her corporate journey, Annie found Yoga and fell in love with the practice. She followed her passion and is now a Level IV certified Yoga Instructor through YogaFit. She is currently working toward her final level V.

Annie has come full circle, rediscovering her passion for working one-on-one with people and passing along her excitement for Yoga through small group class instruction. Her attention to physical issues, form, and staying tru to the Hatha principles makes her classes truly unique. She, as well, incorporates Yoga into her Personal Training, promoting the mind/body connection.
