At Forever Fit, first and foremost, we like to watch you move using your own bodyweight. You will learn how to reorganize and reconnect basic movement with ease and control. Breath and pelvic floor strengthening are primary building blocks in Pilates. Once a strong foundation is achieved, you are able to enjoy our full spring based apparatus classes and private sessions. The equipment includes traditional Pilates apparatus, including Reformer, Cadillac, High Ladder Barrel and Wanda Chair, as well as more a more modern approach, such as the MVe chair and Jump Board. Instructors may work across disciplines, integrating barre, yoga, TRX and other nontraditional Pilates exercises into your workout. Built around a strong core, Pilates works to integrate proper breathing techniques into exercises that lengthen and strengthen muscles, while improving flexibility and enhancing the mind/body connection. At Forever Fit, our classes are small to ensure personal attention. Private training can be done in an individual, duet or trio setting in studio, via Skype or a location of your choice incorporating any or all of the services below.



Mat offers a series of classical and contemporary Pilates repertoire that emphasizes movement that connects your body and mind. Proper breathing technique is important, along with a basis in core strength. Using a padded Pilates mat, we also incorporate props such as the Magic Circle, bands and balls to further add variety and challenge to the exercises. We use levels to keep people safe, yet challenged in their own bodies.


At Forever Fit, we limit reformer class size to four (4) for a more personalized training experience. The reformer apparatus enhances alignment by channeling movement along a prescribed path, and provides stability with pads and stops that keep your body from overextending. The equipment will use your body weight and a series of springs to increase or decrease resistance. The Reformer will challenge your core strength, increase your flexibility, and enable you focus on muscle specificity as you work toward a balanced muscular system. The Cadillac is used for our personal training clients, and integrates a variety of elements into a single apparatus, including arm springs, leg springs, a trapeze, and straps that will challenge beginners and advanced practitioners alike. These exercises strengthen the core, work the wrists and ankles, as well as upper and lower body muscles. Specialized movements performed on the Cadillac are known for improving spinal support and overall balance, agility and strength.

High Ladder Barrel

The High Ladder Barrel is used in personal training clients to add flexibility while enhancing alignment and challenging core stability & strength in new ways.

MVe Chair

The MVe Chair, the hottest seat in town, is a versatile piece of equipment that is used in small, group classes to add challenge and movements to increase the variety of what can be done on the mat. The original Pilates chair, emphasizes and encompasses the four major elements of a "movement system": Improved ability to guide deep muscles and manage movement, enhanced motor control, focused, quality movement rather than quantity of movement, controlled movements within a functional range. TRX Suspension Training harnesses your own bodyweight to create resistance as you workout and allows you to adjust the degree of difficulty, regardless of your fitness level, age or fitness goals. TRX/Glide for Men

Combine the strength training benefits of TRX with a cardio blast using the Beyond Barre Glide Board. This 55-minute Men's ONLY class will begin with a TRX total-body workout leveraging gravity and the user’s own body weight on the suspension training straps. The class will end with a 10-minute blast on the Glide Board to provide a fun, intense and highly effective cardio component.

BeyondBarre kicks up the intensity of the typical barre exercise program with its unique one of a kind cardio series. We have combined small, precise muscle movements and isometric holds to sculpt, strengthen, and stretch the muscles with an EXCLUSIVE cardio glide to increase endurance, stamina and balance while melting away fat. The BeyondBarre method has the flexibility to be performed with only a ballet barre (or chair if you are at home) or it can be enhanced with weights, balls, resistance bands and the ice-skating inspired BeyondBarre Glide Board.

willPower & grace

Barefoot Cardio! This program begins with a dance/yoga warm-up of stretches and strength-building postures. Then it moves to a cardio boot camp–style workout based on squats and lunges, with balance poses that incorporate arm movements for added intensity. Learn how to utilize the muscles in your feet with a full body functional strength workout. We plank, we squat, we lunge and we practice willpower while landing with grace. Combine with Mat Pilates on Tuesday mornings, and join us for the combo class on the beach in the summer months. A perfect way to start your day! Roll Away Stress - Break up stagnant connective tissue using the foam roller, and strengthen and lengthen your muscles while fine-tuning your core. The class ends with a short-guided meditation.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

Ashtanga yoga is a therapeutic sequence that synchronizes breathing with postures. This yoga practice helps to heal, cleanse, and tone the body. Best of all, this form of yoga will also begin to give you the necessary tools to quiet the mind…both on and off the mat!

Prenatal Fitness

Learn how to tone and strengthen your body as it goes through the remarkable changes of pregnancy! This class uses a modified sequence of Pilates exercises, simple stretches and functional cardio/strength training designed especially for pregnant women. This blend of movement can help strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, improve balance and alignment as the body grows. They will also help reduce lower back pain, and increase circulation and blood flow to you and your baby.

Willpower for girlPower

This class is designed for girls ages 8-18 to help teach body awareness and self-confidence, which increasing fitness level in a fun, nurturing environment. Empower young girls to take care of themselves inside and out, while strengthen their bodies from the feet up. This improves ankle, knee & hip stabilization. They will increase strength, muscular endurance and willPower! Create a class for a group of friends, organized activity or school event.


Assisted Stretch

Relax and let us do the work! Assisted stretching, also known as partner stretching, is a type of flexibility training when another person, or partner, is used to help further stretch and lengthen the muscles. The second person can apply additional force to deepen the stretch.

Restorative Yoga

Gentle opening of the body. This opening allows healing, harmony and peace to manifest while simultaneously releasing struck energies and old habits. It brings the body into deep relaxation, where it can heal on the cellular level. Restorative is about slowing down and opening the body with passive movement and allows for rest in supportive holds, which releases the muscles of the body and the mind. People who practice restorative yoga often experience relief from physical injuries, as well as greater mental clarity, better focus and attention, and less overall stress.


A Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.

Late Cancellation

A 12 hour late cancellation policy will be in effect out of fairness to all clients and staff. If you do not remove yourself from a class or appointment within that time a session will be forfeited. This ensures that we keep our classes and sessions running smoothly and efficiently. It also allows others to take spots that open up keeping everyone moving and happy!
